1. Information You Provide

• Photos: When you use the virtual try-on feature, you upload a photo of yourself. We use this photo only to generate your outfit/try-on result.
• Account (optional): The App works without an account. If you choose to sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address to link your subscription across your devices. Sign-in is optional.

2. Information Collected Automatically

• Device information (device model, operating system, app version, language, approximate region/timezone).
• App usage and diagnostic data.
• Analytics & crash reporting (e.g., Google Analytics for Firebase / Firebase Crashlytics).
• Advertising identifiers used to serve and measure ads.

3. How Your Photos Are Handled

• Photos are uploaded to our own secure processing servers only to generate your outfit/try-on result.
• All AI processing is performed on our own servers using our own AI models. Your photos are never sent to, shared with, or processed by any third-party AI service.
• Uploaded photos and generated results are deleted from our processing servers after generation is complete (typically within 3 hours).
• We do not use facial recognition to identify you.

4. How We Use Information

• To provide and operate the outfit try-on and editing features.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To display and measure advertising.
• To improve app performance, fix bugs, and prevent abuse.
• To respond to your support requests.
• To comply with legal obligations.

5. Third-Party Services

We use a limited number of trusted third-party providers that may process limited data on our behalf. They are required to protect your data and to use it only to provide their service to us. We do not use any third-party service to process your uploaded photos — all try-on generation is performed by our own AI on our own servers.

• Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging) – analytics, crash reporting, notifications.
• Google AdMob and Yandex Ads – advertising.
• Google Sign-In / Sign in with Apple – optional authentication.
• Apple App Store / Apple In-App Purchase (iOS) and Google Play Services / Google Play Billing (Android) – app distribution & payments.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your uploaded photos or generated results with any third party. We share other data only: (a) with the service providers listed above; (b) when required by law or legal process; or (c) to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the App.

7. Data Retention

Uploaded photos and generated results are deleted from our processing servers shortly after generation (typically within 3 hours). Account and purchase records are kept only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized.

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

9. Your Rights

10. Children

The App is intended for adults aged 18 and older. It is not directed to children, and you may not upload photos of minors without explicit legal consent.
