Arrow Puzzle: Tap Escape Game ("the App", "we", "us", "our") is developed by AppEmporio. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Arrow Puzzle: Tap Escape Game, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Arrow Puzzle: Tap Escape Game does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, or phone number. We collect the following automatically:

• Device & technical information — device model, manufacturer, brand, operating system and version, and whether the device is physical or an emulator. On first launch we generate a random identifier (a UUID on Android, or the vendor identifier on iOS) to recognise your device across sessions. This identifier is not linked to your real-world identity.
• Usage & gameplay data — such as levels played, daily-challenge completions, number of app opens, and ads viewed. This helps us understand how the game is used and improve it.
• Push notification token — if you allow notifications, we store a Firebase Cloud Messaging token so we can send you reminders (for example, the daily challenge).
• Advertising data — the App shows ads through Google AdMob, which may access your device's advertising identifier to serve and measure ads.
• Support messages — if you contact us or submit a report from within the App, we receive the information you choose to send.

2. How we use information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the game;
• To analyse usage and improve gameplay and features;
• To display and measure advertising;
• To send optional notifications you have allowed;
• To respond to your support requests;
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or abuse.

3. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services, which may process data as described in their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase (Analytics, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Messaging) — firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Google AdMob (advertising) — policies.google.com/technologies/ads

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Advertising choices

You can limit ad personalisation or reset your advertising identifier in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising).

5. Children's privacy

Arrow Puzzle: Tap Escape Game is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Data retention & security

We keep the data described above for as long as it is needed for the purposes above. We use reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. International data transfers

Data may be processed on servers operated by Google in other countries. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.

8. Your rights

Because we identify you only by a random device identifier, you can request access to or deletion of the data associated with your device by emailing us. To stop all data collection, uninstall the App.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here with an updated effective date.
